This Privacy Policy explains how Truckee Meadows Creative Studio LLC ("TMCS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with tmcsreno.com (the "Site"), website forms, and related communications initiated through the Site. It is intended to provide a clear description of our practices without collecting more information than we reasonably need to operate our business and serve our clients.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Site or communicate with TMCS, we may collect the following categories of information:
Contact information, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or shipping address.
Project and order information, such as quote requests, product specifications, project descriptions, invoice or order numbers, delivery information, and other details you provide about a job.
Files and images you choose to upload, including artwork, reference files, photographs of printing defects, photographs of damaged products or shipping packaging, and other materials submitted in connection with a project or claim.
Communications, including messages submitted through forms and information you provide by email, telephone, or other direct communication.
Technical and usage information that may be collected automatically by the website platform or enabled services, such as IP address, browser or device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction or performance data.
Transaction-related information, such as payment status, invoice details, and limited transaction information received from a third-party payment processor. TMCS does not intentionally request full payment-card numbers through ordinary website forms.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the Site unless TMCS specifically requests information that is necessary for a legitimate business purpose.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you voluntarily submit a contact, quote, or printing-issue form; upload files or photographs; request services; communicate with us; or otherwise provide information to TMCS. Some technical information is collected automatically through Wix, cookies, security tools, analytics features, or other services used to operate the Site.

3. How We Use Information

TMCS may use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:
Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates or quotes.
Provide graphic design, web design, print management, production coordination, shipping, delivery, and related services.
Communicate about projects, approvals, production questions, invoices, deliveries, reprints, replacements, and customer-service matters.
Review reported printing or shipping problems and provide supporting information to the applicable wholesale production partner, shipping carrier, or service provider when needed to investigate or resolve a claim.
Maintain business, accounting, tax, project, and customer-service records.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services.
Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents and protect the rights, property, and safety of TMCS, our clients, and others.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. When We Share Information

TMCS does not operate a business model based on selling personal information. We may disclose personal information only when reasonably necessary for business operations, service delivery, or legal purposes. Categories of recipients may include:
Website and technology providers, including Wix and service providers that host, secure, support, or help operate the Site.
Wholesale production partners, printers, fabricators, installers, or other vendors involved in producing or completing a client project.
Shipping carriers and delivery providers when information is needed to ship, track, investigate damage, or resolve a delivery claim.
Accounting, invoicing, payment-processing, cloud-storage, email, and other business service providers used by TMCS.
Professional advisors such as accountants, insurers, or legal counsel when reasonably necessary.
Government agencies, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety.
A successor or acquiring entity if TMCS is involved in a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of some or all business assets, subject to applicable law.

Service providers may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. We seek to share only the information reasonably necessary for the task being performed.

5. Printing-Issue Photos and Uploaded Files

When you use the Report a Printing Issue page, photographs and other files you submit may be reviewed by TMCS and may be shared with the wholesale production partner, shipping carrier, or other provider involved with the order so the issue can be evaluated. For shipping-damage claims, this may include photographs of the printed product, the exterior and interior packaging, visible package damage, and shipping labels. Please submit only images and information reasonably related to the claim.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Tracking

The Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as site operation, security, performance, and analytics. TMCS may also enable additional analytics, embedded services, social-media features, or other integrations that use cookies or similar technologies.

Depending on the services enabled and a visitor's consent choices, Wix or other third parties may collect technical or usage information about online activity over time and across different websites or online services. Those third parties control their own data practices under their respective privacy policies.

Where the Site provides cookie or privacy controls, you may use those controls to manage non-essential cookies or data-sharing preferences. You may also adjust cookie settings through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

7. Payments and Third-Party Services

If TMCS provides a link to a third-party payment, invoicing, scheduling, mapping, social-media, or other service, information you submit directly to that provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy and terms. TMCS may receive limited information needed to confirm or administer the transaction, but the third-party provider is responsible for its own collection and processing practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and project records, to address warranty or production issues, to meet accounting or legal requirements, or to protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary by type of record. When TMCS determines that records containing personal information no longer need to be maintained, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or render the personal information unreadable or otherwise unusable, subject to technical and legal limitations.

9. Data Security

TMCS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain and relies on established service providers for many website and business systems. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take steps that we determine are appropriate and will provide any notices required by applicable law.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact TMCS to ask what personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information, or raise a privacy concern. Some requests may be limited by legal, accounting, contractual, security, or record-retention obligations. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Privacy requests may be sent to info@tmcsreno.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." If applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, TMCS will handle verified requests in accordance with those requirements.

11. Nevada Privacy Notice

TMCS is based in Nevada. Nevada law may provide consumers with rights concerning certain information collected through websites and online services. The categories of information TMCS may collect and the categories of third parties with whom that information may be shared are described in Sections 1 and 4 above. The process for requesting review, correction, or other action is described in Section 10.

TMCS does not sell covered personal information for monetary consideration as a business practice. A Nevada consumer may submit a verified request directing TMCS not to sell covered information by emailing info@tmcsreno.com. We may use commercially reasonable steps to verify the identity and authenticity of the request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

As described in Section 6, third-party website or analytics services may collect technical or usage information over time and across different websites or online services, depending on the services enabled and the visitor's privacy choices.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking commercial design, web, printing, and related services. It is not directed to children under 13, and TMCS does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we learn that such information was submitted without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites or services operated by third parties. TMCS is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

TMCS may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective or "last updated" date.
